Jennifer Bolton. BA, BSW, M Psych, R. Psych

                                       Associate

Welcome. I am Jennifer, and I am a Registered Psychologist with a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology and a Master of Arts in Psychology. I’m dedicated to your healing journey. Central to successful therapy is the rapport between client and therapist, which is why I emphasize a collaborative approach tailored to your unique needs. Within our therapeutic space, you will always find a trusting environment where your personal goals and concerns are prioritized. It’s important to recognize that everyone deserves to voice their needs and be heard. I work with clients aged 14 and above across all gender identities. While my expertise lies primarily in aiding individuals and families impacted by complex and chronic trauma, I’m also skilled in addressing anxiety, depression, and assisting families to enhance their communication dynamics. Conducting therapy is an exercise in curiosity, but it is not a difficult exercise because people and their relationships are fascinating to me.  I believe that hearing each new client’s story is a sacred privilege, and I am blessed to be allowed to perform it. The resilience, resourcefulness, and capacity for affection evident in each person, couple, and family that enters my office never fail to impress me.  When I am not at work, I try to care for my mind, body, and spirit, which generally takes the form of cooking, eating, and watching YouTube videos with my husband.
